Meeting spaces are available for small gatherings and large conferences, with our largest venue seating up to 700 guests. All of our group retreat packages include a private meeting space for your event, which our Guest Services team will set up prior to your arrival according to your specifications. We also include the use of our A/V equipment, all at no extra charge.
Don’t forget about our meeting room snack & beverage options! You can work with Conference Services to set up a snack bar or food delivery service for all of your sessions.

The Conference Center is a building with a lot of options! As you enter this building you will be greeted with a beautifully decorated and spiritually refreshing site. This front lobby is a great resource for conference registration, display boards, or meeting snacks.
The main room in the Conference Center building is the Conference Auditorium which can seat 500. This space is unique because it offers two side rooms in the back of the auditorium that can be opened to expand the capacity to 700 or closed off to create two private breakout spaces. Each side room has a capacity of 100 and can be setup with its own A/V equipment. Each side room also features mounted televisions, which can be convenient when the rooms are being used to expand the auditorium. The Conference Auditorium features a permanent stage, full sound board, lighting, and projector. Stage dimensions are 45′ x 15′.

Connected to the Tabernacle auditorium, the Conference Center offers a variety of meeting spaces to suit your group's needs. The main room (CC1) is a spacious, rectangular venue that seats up to 350 guests and includes a large video screen, portable A/V equipment, and a convenient kitchenette perfect for serving light refreshments. There are four smaller rooms (CC2-CC5) located throughout the Conference Center. These rooms are commonly used for breakout sessions, nurseries, or camp offices.
